Per Football-Asian, Spurs' captain is open to moving to the United States next summer, when the World Cup takes place, amid interest from Los Angeles FC. The South Korea international, who won the Europa League with the north London club last season, signed a contract extension in January, and is expected to see his deal out, with it expiring in 2026.

The report claims Son has already communicated to new manager Thomas Frank that he intends to stay in north London this summer. He is hoping to retire in the US, but the 32-year-old is not quite ready to leave Europe yet.
